Well, there are four primary sources:

    From a psychological point of view, this is a way to leverage social proof to your advantage. This could be great for you especially if you are the kind of person that needs to be encouraged. Social proof is known to be great motivator, so don’t underestimate the power of support groups.

  4. Quit smoking help you can get from medical advice. The next step is recurring to professional medical advice. There are many therapies out there that will help you to quit smoking. They range from hypnotherapy, to vaccines (which are being experimented now), to herbal treatments and so on.

So if you need help in quit smoking, you are going to find it in many form. Be it base on quit smoking products, relationship support or medical advice, just follow your preferred way and do something about it.

Remember that the first and most important step to quit smoking is always to make the decision to do it. This doesn’t mean just to try it. To succeed you have to:

  1. Set your mind to achieve the end result.
  2. Organize your resources to make easier to quit smoking.

  4. Do it.
